摘　　要：风险识别是有线数字电视项目风险管理的重要组成部分,如果不能及时、准确地识别项目所面临的潜在风险,有线数字电视项目就会失去处理这些风险的最佳时机。在分析有线数字电视项目建设各个阶段的基础上,分析识别项目建设各阶段的潜在风险来源,并对项目风险因素进行简单的概括,以便于进一步进行有线数字电视项目风险管理。Project risk identification is an important part of Cable Digital Television Project risk management. If the potential risks can not be accurately identified, Cable Digital Television Project will lose the best opportunity to manage these risks. On the basis of analyzing the Cable Digital Television Project process, this paper carries on the analysis of identifying the risk source of each process of Cable Digital Television Project and makes a brief summary of the risk, so that the Cable Digital Television Project risk management can be further conducted.
