摘  要:利用130对引物对50份甘蓝型油菜黄籽种质和1份黑籽种质进行遗传多样性分析,从130对SSR引物中筛选出30对多态性较高的SSR引物进行PCR扩增,通过再次筛选,得到17个多态性较好的引物,一般有3~11条谱带,所选17个引物共检测到126条带,有103条带具多态性片段,一般片段在100~900bp,平均每个引物有6条多态性谱带,占81.7%。对SSR扩增结果进行UPGMA分析,可将51个品种(系)分为8个类群体,聚类结果与种质来源比较一致。Genetic diversity of 50 yellow rapeseed and 1 black rapeseed germplasm resources was analyzed by using 130 pairs of SSR primers. 17 better polymorphism SSR primers with 3 to 17 bands were selected from more than 30 polymorphism SSR primers first selected from 130 SSR primers. 126 bands were detected from 17 primers and 103 bands of 126 bands had polymorphism fragments with 100 to 900 bp. There were 6 polymorphism bands averagely in one primer, which occupied 81.7 % in 17 primers. Cluster analysis based on the molecular polymorphism by UPGAM showed that 51 germplasm resources could be classified into eight groups, which agrees with pedigree analysis.
