摘 要:2003—2005年对贵草1号多花黑麦草进行了开花至花后30d内的籽粒灌浆,脱落现象的研究。结果表明:贵草1号多花黑麦草千粒重和脱落率与花后天数的关系均符合Log1st1c理论曲线。单穗籽粒干物重最大值出现在花后18~24d,花后15~18d的种子已具有较高发芽率(64.3%~91.1%),与以后各期收获的种子间无显著差异,但以花后18~21d的种子发芽苗质较好。据此,独山地区贵草1号多花黑麦草种子的最佳收获期为花后18~21d。The condition of seed -filling and abscission of Guicao 1 was studied during 30 d after its flowering from 2003 to 2005. The results showed that the relationship between 1000-seed weight, abscission rate and days after flowering accords with the logistic theoretical curve, the maximum seed dry weight per ear is at 18-24 d after flowering, the seed germination rate during 15-18 d after flowering is up to 64. 3 %-91.1% and is no significant difference compared with that at 18-30 d after flowering. The optimum seed harvest time is at 18-21 d after flowering because of its quality seedlings germinated from seeds harvested at 18-21 d after flowering.
