摘　　要：DOI即数字对象唯一标志码(digital object identifier),DOI系统的主要功能是给数字对象分配永久且唯一的标志符。CrossRef即开放式参考链接系统,是注册DOI的最大的代理机构,为科学、技术和医学期刊注册DOI,用来建立在不同出版商的网络平台上出版的期刊内容之间的跨平台链接。CrossRef采用DOI系统实现了参考文献的全文链接,极大地方便了读者查阅文献。DOI与CrossRef在我国科技期刊出版中的应用处于起步阶段。科技期刊应当高度重视数字化建设,充分利用网络技术,建立期刊网站,实现全文上网,为期刊论文注册DOI并加入CrossRef,实现跨平台链接,以提高期刊的显示度和可获取性。A DOI （digital object identifier） name is an identifier for an entity on digital network. It provides a system for persistent and actionable identification and interoperable exchange of managed information on digital network. CrossRef is a collaborative reference linking service based on DOI. It is also the official DOI link registration agency for scholarly and professional publications. It operates a cross-publisher citation linking system that allows a researcher to click on a reference citation on one publisher＇s platform and link directly to the cited content on another publisher＇s platform. The DOI and CrossRef services are not widely used in scientific periodical publishing in China. The authors suggest that the scientific periodical publishers in China should pay attention to the digitalization of scholarly and professional publication, and make the most of the DOI and CrossRef services so as to increase the exposure of their publications to the scholarly community.
