摘　　要：改进了文献(刘铁英,张小白,叶慧玲.Word VBA及宏在科技期刊编辑中的应用.编辑学报,2007,19(1):47-48)中所用的方法,并使用该方法实现了编校信息的快速查询,为编辑查询文本信息提供了方便,而且易于进行信息的更新。The method mentioned in the literature （Liu Tieying, Zhang Xiaobai, Ye Hulling. Apply VBA and Macro of Word to editing of sci-tech journals. Acta Editologica, 2007,19 （ 1 ） ： 47- 48 ）is improved. The improvement has realized the fast searching of editing information and make the searching of text information more convenient and the renew of information much easier.
