摘  要:高速和硬态切削使得工件已加工表面及其表层中出现特有的现象。研究结果表明,切削速度和材料硬度是决定高速和硬态切削工件已加工表面及其表层结构形成的主要影响因素,切削热使被切削材料产生高温软化,刀具挤压摩擦使被切削材料变形加剧,工件表层材料显微硬度分布发生改变,出现了硬脆的白层组织,白层组织的出现将对零件的使用将造成不利影响。随着切削用量和材料硬度增大,切削变形增大,切削温度升高,白层厚度增大,工件表层材料显微硬度提高。抑制白层组织产生的措施是对工件降温。There are some characteristics in the workpiece machined surface and its surface layer in high speed cutting and hard cutting. The research findings show that cutting heat and material's hardness are principal influential factors for determining to form the workpiece machined surface and its surface layer structure in high speed cutting and hard cutting,cutting heat makes the cut material high temperature softening,tool's extruding and rubbing makes the cut material deformation aggravate. In the workpiece sur- face layer,the micro-hardness distribution changes ,the hard and frangible white layer contexture ,which is bad for the use of the workpiece,appears. With the increase of cutting parameters and material initial hardness,cutting deformation increases,cutting temperature rises,the thickness of the white layer increases ,the micro-hardness in workpiece surface layer enhances. The best thing to control the white layer is cooling the workpiece.
