摘 要:在低温仪器中采用自动复叠制冷系统是减轻整机质量、缩小整机体积的有效措施。对自动复叠制冷系统进行改进,按串联方式将三级冷凝蒸发器与高低温回热器组合为一体,构成组合换热器,这样既简化了系统,又减少了泄漏点。对不同制冷剂配组进行对照,并在1台5L,-100℃低温冷却循环器中对全串联式三级分凝自动复叠制冷系统进行降温试验。结果表明,R134a/R23/R14为较好的制冷剂配组,自动复叠制冷系统可以稳定工作。Auto-cascade refrigerating system is applied in low temperature instruments in order to let up the volume and reduce the weight of refrigeration system. According to series connection type,3- stage evaporator condenser,high temperature regenerator and low temperature regenerator are put together to improve on a combined heat exchanger. The system is predigested and leakage parts are reduced. Then the different ratios of mixed refrigerants are compared. Temperature dropping experiments are carried out in a low temperature cooling circulation instrument with 5 liters/-100℃. The result indicates the effect of R134a/R23 /R14 is better than the others. So the auto-cascade refrigeration system can work steadily,it can replace cascade refrigerating system.
