伏马菌素的毒害及脱毒防控技术的研究进展

摘　　要：伏马菌素是由玉米串珠镰刀菌产生的一组有毒害和致癌性的真菌毒素。伏马菌素FB1能引起动物各种疾病,如马脑白质软化症和猪肺水肿,严重威胁动物的健康,影响畜牧业的发展。对于已经被伏马菌素污染的粮食作物,人们采取了物理、化学和生物的方法对其进行脱毒研究。本文报道了伏马菌素的毒害及其脱毒防控技术的最新研究进展。Fumonisins contain a group of carcinogenic mycotoxins produced by corn Fusarium moniliforme, which do harm to animals and humans. Fumonisin FB1 can cause various diseases, such as Equine Leukoencephalomalacia,Porcine Pulmonary Edema and Esophageal Cancer. FB1 causes a serious threat to humans and animals health and impacts the development of animal husbandry. Physical, chemical and biological methods have been taken to detoxify contaminated food crops. The article is intended to introduce the fumonisins＇toxicity and detoxification.
