山东省沼气发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：沼气建设是加强能源资源节约和环境保护、统筹城乡发展、推进新农村建设的重要举措。本文运用SWOT分析方法对山东省农村沼气发展的优势、劣势、机遇进行了详细分析,在此基础上,提出了农村沼气可持续发展的对策建议:统筹安排、科学规划;强化技术创新、提高技术水平;创新服务机制、完善管理体系;加强综合利用、逐步推进产业化。Biogas construction is an important measure in energy resources exploring, environmental protecting, and new rural constructing. Analyzing method of SWOT was adopted to analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats（SWOT） in rural biogas development of Shandong province. Countermeasures and suggestion were proposed for rural biogas sustainable development, such as planning scientifically, strengthening technological innovation, improving management, strengthening comprehensive utilization, and promoting biogas industrialization etc.
