牦牛大肠埃希氏菌病蜂胶疫苗的研制

摘　　要：作者制备了3批牦牛大肠埃希氏菌病蜂胶疫苗。制备了蜂胶佐剂和培养基,进行了牦牛大肠埃希氏菌的菌液培养、纯粹检验、活菌计数、灭活及无菌检验,配苗、分装及成品检验。3批牦牛大肠埃希氏菌病蜂胶疫苗无菌检验为阴性;物理性状检验为:静置后上层是乳黄色液体,下层为土黄色沉淀,振荡后呈均匀混浊液;经家兔安全检验结果为安全;经家兔效力试验,免疫后家兔抗体效价≥2.709 lg2,对家兔具有免疫保护作用;蜂胶疫苗经防冻试验证明,随着蜂胶含量的增高,防冻效果越好。本试验为西藏牦牛大肠埃希氏菌病的预防提供依据。3 batches of propolis vaccine of Escherichia coli in yak were prepared. Propolis adjuvant and culyure medium were prepared. The bacterial culture, the proof - test purely, the proof - test of live bacteria, the proof - test of inactivation and sterile of yak＇ s Escherichia coli were prepared. The back - check and the separate load of the mixture of propolis adjuvant and vaccine, the back - check of finished products were prepared. 3 batches of propolis vaccine of Escherichia coli in yak： the sterility test were the negative; the physical character the examination was that after the settlement the upper formation was the tan liquid, the lower layer was khaki precipitates, and after oscillated were uniform opacity liquid; the safety test in rabbits were safety; the potency test in rabbits were that antibody titer of rabbits were greater than or equal 2.709 after immune, rabbirs were protected. Propolis vaccines were proved by freezing prevention test that the propolis content are more, the reezing prevention effects are better. This experiment provides basis for prevention of Escherichia coli＇ s disease in yak on Tibet.
