摘　　要：2008年,由次贷危机引起的华尔街金融风暴给中国主权财富基金带来了机遇和挑战,文章对此进行了分析并提出了一些对策建议。In recent years, sovereign wealth fund has caught lots of eyeballs in global financial market. In 2007, China set up the first sovereign wealth fund. However, financial crisis stroke the globe in 2008. It hampered the growth of global economy, and jeopardized the safety of international financial market. How is the performance of China＇s sovereign wealth fund？ What kind of opportunities and challenges does financial crisis brought along to China＇s sovereign wealth fund？ And how would we respond to this？ These are what the article talks about.
