摘  要:通过对SPWM(Sine Pulse Width Modulation,正弦波脉冲宽度调制)波形的频率成分地分析,提出了SPWM波双相绕组激磁鉴相型的驱动方案,成功地将原先用于电机驱动的SPWM方法应用于空间用感应同步器的驱动上.在此驱动的基础上,对感应信号做了进一步分析,采用了Chebyshey低通滤波的信号处理方法,并用开环鉴相型处理方式得到了角度信息.试验验证了该方案的可行性.试验数据表明:该方案降低了普通双相激磁方式的功耗,测角分辨率达到了±0.45″,能够满足航天载荷设备中角度测量的需求.By the frequency components analysis of SPWM (Sine Pulse Width Modulation) wave, a driving scheme of inductosyn in aero-space was proposed based on two-phase SPWM wave excitation, which was usually used in driving DC motor. On this basis, further analysis of the induced signal was taken on, and the corresponding signal processing approach using Chebyshey lower filter was adopted. Angle information was obtained by the open-loop phase discrimination. Experiment result shows that this driving scheme has less power dissipation than normal sine wave driving scheme, and the precision of angle measurement can reach ±0.45″, which can satisfy the requirements of the angle measurement in aero-space devices.
