摘 要:以辣椒4个不同抗性品系为材料,研究成株期感染白粉病后,接种叶片以及接种叶片的上、下位叶片组织内苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性变化。结果表明,未接种时抗感材料的PAL活性无明显差别,接种后,抗感材料接种叶片PAL活性均有所增加,但接种后的第2~3天内抗性材料PAL活性变化量显著高于感病材料PAL活性变化量,说明辣椒白粉病抗性与PAL活性存在正相关关系,同时接种后,接种叶片的上、下位叶片组织中PAL活性也均提高,说明接种叶片受白粉菌侵染后会对相邻非接种叶片产生诱导抗性。Using the four different resistant strains of pepper to Leveillula taurica (Lev.) Am, this paper studied the activity change of Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) in the inoculated leaf tissue and its upper and lower leaf tissue. The results showed that the activities of PAL of none inoculated were similar among cultivars. The PAL activities were increased in four cuhivars after been inoculated with Leveillula taurica and the increasing rate of the activities of PAL in the resistance cuhivars was more than that in the susceptible ones in the second and third day after inoculated and the changes were positively correlated with the resistance. In addition, the PAL activities were increased in the leaf that are upper or lower than the inoculated leaf. It was concluded that induced resistance could produced in non inoculated leaf after inoculation.
