摘　　要：分析了当前我国黑色冶金矿山开发利用存在的问题和形势,强调了节约资源能源和减排的意义,提出了黑色冶金矿山节约资源能源和减排的主要内容、发展目标,并给出了相应的政策措施建议。The paper analyzed the situations and problems existed in the present ferrous metal mines and threw new light on the meanings of energy and resource saving and emission reduction. Then the main contents about saving energy and resource and reducing emission and its development targets were pointed out, and meanwhile some related countermeasures for dealing with the situation were suggested.
