摘　　要：阐述了化工矿山实行节约资源能源与减排的意义。在分析我国化工矿山节约资源能源与减排存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了我国化工矿山节约资源能源与减排工作的主要内容、发展目标、应鼓励和限制淘汰的技术、关键技术的发展方向以及政策措施建议。The meanings of energy, and resources saving and emission reduction for chemical mines were discussed in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the problems existed in the present chemical mines in energy and resources saving and emission reduction, the main contents and development goals, the technologies encouraged, the technologies restricted, the technologies eliminated, the developing trend of key technologies, policy measures and suggestions were put forward.
