摘 要:在阐述非金属矿开发利用状况及存在问题的基础上,指出了节约资源、能源和减排是非金属矿工业可持续发展的必由之路,以及非金属矿工业节约资源、能源和减排的技术发展方向,并根据现实情况提出非金属矿工业节约资源能源与减排的政策措施建议。This article elaborates the development and utilization of the non - metallic mineral and its existing problems. It is pointed out that energy and resources saving and emission reduction is the only way to keep the sustainable development of the non - metallic mineral industry. The development of technology for saving resources and energy and reducing emission in non-metallic mineral industry is indicated. Finally, based on the current situation, the author puts forward some suggestions about policy and measures for the energy and resources saving and emission reduction in the non- metallic industry.
