摘　　要：该文利用数字示波器定量分析信号波形参数的功能,采用国外先进的校准软件MET/CAL,将数字示波器、示波器校准仪与计算机三者有机结合成一个整体——数字示波器校准装置。该装置不仅可对示波器的各项参数进行计量校准,更重要的是,可对带宽进行全自动、多点校准,并完全符合我国现行技术规范。经反复多次实验,证明该方法简便、高效,不仅提高了测量效率,增强数据说服力,同时极大的简化了校准步骤,为全自动校准数字示波器这一目标的实现突破了瓶颈。Calibration equipment, which composed of digital oscilloscope, calibrator and computer, take the full advantage of quantitative analysis on different signals by using digital oscilloscope, Instrument system programming platform is MET/CAL. Methods to automatic calibration bandwidth are completely in conformity with the Chinese domestic technical specifications. Experiments results show that the automatic calibration methods improve efficiency and enhance the reliability.
