摘　　要：主要设计的是山东省野生动植物保护站的电子政务系统,所采用的技术为基于Struts与Hibernate框架的J2EE架构,是目前开发Web应用的主流技术之一。对Struts和Hibernate这两种框架技术进行了重点阐述,并在设计中充分运用和结合了它们的优点,最后以系统中一个模块的实现为例说明系统开发过程。This article has mainly designed one based on the Shandong Province wild animals and plants protection E-government system,uses the technology for based on Struts and Hibernate the frame J2EE construction, develops one at present Web application mainstream technologies. This article has carried on the key elaboration to Struts and the Hibernate these two kind of frame technology,and utilized and unified their merit fully in the design, finally take system in a module realization as example explanation system performance history.
