摘 要:通过现场工艺试验,对综放工作面含夹矸结构复杂段合理综放工艺参数进行了研究,围绕该工作面主要综放工艺参数的确定,进行了大量的现场实测研究,确认在结构复杂条件下的顶煤的冒放性不仅受放煤参数、顶煤及直接顶的垮落特征的影响,而且还主要受夹矸层的岩性及厚度的影响,确定选择两刀一放单轮间隔放煤方式对提高煤炭采出率,降低原煤含矸率有利.With the research on fully-mechanized sublevel caving technology for the structural complex thick coal seam containing dirt band in the fully-mechanized sublevel caving face, large amount of measurements were taken out in situ around how to decide the fully-mechanized sublevel caving technology and its major parameters. The method of technology coordination and the selection of its promoters were also optimized. The results show that sublevel coal under the complicated structure conditions does not have relation with the coal caving parameters, sublevel coal and direct roof falling features, but the coal caving is radical influenced by the rock properties and thickness of the dirt band. Proposed that the sublevel caving with two passing cutting and one caving would improve the coal recovery ratio and reduce the ash content of the raw coal.
