摘 要:针对ABM20锚掘机在煤巷快速掘进中所带来的粉尘严重超标问题,提出了一种适合我国煤矿煤巷快速掘进生产现状的封闭式除尘技术.在应用数学模型对不同掘进速度下,采用封闭式控尘系统的掘进工作面现场的风流场、粉尘场进行模拟解算基础上,分析得到最优化的掘进机切割滚筒转速.同时,在优选的切割滚筒转速下,对ABM20锚掘机的除尘系统进行了改进,提出了封闭式控尘系统,并进行了现场工业性实验.结果表明,该封闭式控尘系统能有效降低工作面的粉尘浓度,有利于矿井安全高效掘进的实现.In order to solve the problem of the high dust concentration which caused by the speeded advance of coal road using the ABM20 development machine, a kind of method which was suitable to China' s speeded advance of coal road was proposed. By using the mathematic model method to contrast the wind current field, dust field of the drivage face which using the enclosure dust-laying system under different drivage velocity, an optimized drivage velocity of the fully-mechanized development machine was got. On the optimized drivage velocity, put their theories into industry experiment. On the analysis of the data which collected by the experiment, the result indicates that the enclosure dust-laying system proposed can significantly lower the dust concentration of the heading face. Also it has some advantages in the accomplishment of the effective advance of coal mines.
