摘  要:本文通过对酒钢CSP钢水脱硫机理和影响因素的分析,对转炉出钢和精炼各环节进行了改进和控制,使SS400等普碳钢平均精炼时间由原来的75 min缩短到现在的55 min以内;SPHC等低碳钢平均精炼时间由原来的80 min缩短到现在的60 min以内,很好满足了快速生产的需要。另外,通过脱硫工艺开发,还降低了钢铁料消耗,降低了炼钢成本。In this paper,we analyzed the influence factors and mechanism of desulphurization. On the base of the analysis, tapping and refining process have improved. Improved refining process successfully meet the demand of production, the average refining time of SS400 has decreased from 75 rain to under 55 min, the average refining time of SPHC has decreased from 80 min to under 60 min;In addition, consumption of raw material and steelmaking cost reduced by improving desul-phuzation process.
