城市内水系中磷含量的测定

摘　　要：研究了在H2SO4介质中磷钼杂多酸与碱性染料的显色反应.在PVA存在下,磷钼杂多酸与罗丹明B形成离子缔合物,实现水相直接测定微量磷.方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为5ε80=1.07×105L.mol-1.cm-1,磷含量在0.5μg/L^320μg/L之间符合比尔定律,该方法用于城市内水系中磷含量的测定,相对标准偏差为2.8%(n=7),加标回收率为99.5%-103.1%.In this paper the color reaction of the phosphorus molybdenum heteropolyanion acid between the basic dyes with H2SO4 medium is studied. Under the existing of PVA, the posphorus molybdenum heteropolyanion acid and rhodamin B form ionic association, results in dermination of trace phosphorus in aqueous phase immediately. The apparent molar absorption coefficient ε = 1.07 × 10^5L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 at 580 nm. Beer＇ s law is obeyed for phosphorus in the range of 0. 5 - 320 μg · L^-1. The method was applied to the determination of P in town river sample, and the relative standard deviation is 2.8% （n = 7 ）, the recovery was between 99.5% and 103.1%.
