长江危险化学品运输分析与对策探讨

摘　　要：分析了长江重庆段危险品运输船舶、危险品运输货种、危险品码头的状况,以及近年来在长江上发生的船舶事故。在此基础上,查找存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策措施及建议。建议从风险源普查、风险分析、建立船舶监控系统以及规范各部门的管理等方面着手,提高长江危险品运输的安全性。In this paper, we analyze the ships, cargo types and wharves for dangerous cargo transportation in Chongqing section of the Yangtze River. We also analyze the ship accidents occurred in the Yangtze River in recent years. Based on the analysis, we search for the major problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is pointed out that we shall take comprehensive countermeasures including a general survey of the sources of risks, risk analysis, establishment of ship monitoring system and regulation of the management of various departments so as to improve the safety degree of the dangerous cargo transportation in the Yangtze River.
