摘  要:为了分析梯级水电站的补偿调节效果,有必要对补偿调节方案进行评价。本文首先针对黄河干流梯级水库电站补偿调节问题,生成了2010、2020水平年的36个补偿调节方案;采用黄河干流梯级水库补偿调节仿真模型,获得了36个方案的补偿调节结果;运用层次分析法建立模型对补偿调节方案进行了评价研究,推荐了最优方案,并对不同水平年初始方案和推荐方案的补偿调节效果进行了系统的对比和分析。结果表明,补偿调节对经济、社会以及生态环境的协调发展是有利的。In order to analyze the compensating effects of the cascade hydropower stations, it is necessary to evaluate the compensating regulation schemes. Aiming at the problem of compensating regulation of cascade reservoirs on the main stream of the Yellow River, the 36 integrated compensating regulation schemes of 2010 and 2020 years are obtained, and the compensating regulation results of those schemes are gained by application of compensating regulation simulation model. In this paper, the evaluation model is built by using AHP in order to evaluate the compensating regulation schemes, and the optimal scheme is introduced. The effects of original and optimal schemes in different years are also compared compensating regulation is favorable to the harmonious and analyzed systematically. The result indicates that the development of economy, society and environment.
