摘　　要：研究了目前电力市场环境下水电站年度发电计划制定的问题。采用一种新的组合预测方法,实现对径流的年内滚动预测,以适时修正未来月份的发电计划。在保证完成上报的年度发电计划同时,使水电站收益最大。The problem of constructing yearly generation schedule of hydropower plant under the circumstance of power market is studied in this paper. A new combined forecasting method is used for roll -forecast of the runoff during the year and the schedule of future months is amended. The schedule is ensured to be accomplished accurately while the benefit of the hydropower plant is maximized.
