摘  要:在模糊物元分析原理的基础上,结合流域水资源承载能力评价的特点,为有效处理评价过程中的模糊性、矛盾性和随机性,对多等级评价隶属度进行了分析,建立了基于改进隶属度的模糊物元模型(IFMM)。文中给出了不同评价等级的改进隶属度函数的构造方法,把水资源承载能力评价的等级作为物元的事物,以它们的各项评价指标及其相应的模糊量值构造复合模糊物元,通过计算与理想模糊物元之间的加权海明贴近度构造综合评价等级。淮河流域应用结果表明,运用IFMM评价流域水资源承载能力是可行的,结论是合理的。与一般模糊物元法、投影寻踪法、模糊综合评判法,多目标决策模型相比,IFMM不仅能较好处理多等级评价各等级之间的过渡问题,而且对于各种极端值问题也适用,从而为流域水资源承载能力评价提供了一种新方法。In order to effectively deal with fuzziness, conflict and randomness existing in the evaluation process, a new assessment model, the fuzzy matter-element model (IFMM), is proposed based on the theory of improved membership degree, the character of water resources carrying capacity and the context of multiple attribute assessment standard. Improved degree of membership function is constructed according to the different assessment standard grades. Regarding the assessment grade of water resources carrying capacity as matter-element, the compound fuzzy matter-element is constracted according to the fuzzy index value, the comprehensive assessment grade is established by Hamming approach degree between the calculating matter-element and the ideal fuzzy matter-element in IFMM. Its efficiency is verified by assessing the water resources carrying capacity of Huaihe river in China. Compared with the normal fuzzy matter-element model, projection pursuit model, fuzzy model, multiobjective decision model, IFMM can well deal with transition between each assessment grade. It is a new model for the comprehensive assessment of the water resources carrying capacity.
