摘　　要：本文通过对各国安全带动态试验标准中碰撞车速对比、台车碰撞模拟计算、实际道路交通情况的统计分析及国产安全带质量现状的试验验证,提出安全带动态性能试验中车速的限值为48±1km/h。此限值的提出既考虑到与国际标准接轨,又顾及中国国情现状及今后的发展趋势,对制定我国安全带动态试验标准有一定的参考价值。Based on the comparison of safety belt dynamic test standards in different countries, sled impacting simulation calculations, the statistical analysis of the actual road traffic conditions and the verification testings of home made safety belts, a proposed has been put forward that the suitable speed limit of sled in safety belt dynamic test should be set at 48 ?
