摘　　要：河北是制造业大省,但不是制造业强省,其中一个重要制约因素是技能型人才问题。文章应用经济学供需理论思想,分析了河北省与建设沿海经济强省、产业结构升级不相适应的职业技术人才问题,并从制造企业、职业技术教育以及政府等角度提出具体改进建议。The manufacturing in Hebei is large in scale but weak in technology, and the shortage of technical talents is a main constraint. In this study, the supply and demand theory is applied to analyze the issue of technical talents for which is not accommodated with the objective of building a powerful coastal economic province and upgrading the industrial structure. Some countermeasures are proposed for talents training from the perspectives of manufacturing, professional education and government.
