北京市机动车排气污染防治措施的完善

摘　　要：通过分析、借鉴北京市人民政府发布的14个阶段的控制大气污染措施的通告及国内外(主要是国内其他省市)有关机动车排气污染防治的经验,建议修改《北京市实施〈中华人民共和国大气污染防治法〉办法》中有关机动车排气污染防治的相关内容,并提出完善对策。Through analyzing the announcements on control measures issued by Beijing Municipal Government during 14 phases and the automobile exhaust pollution control experience both at home and abroad （mainly from other provinces and municipalities in China）, this paper proposes that the contents related to the control of vehicle exhaust pollution should be revised in the document of ＂Measures for Implementing ＇Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution＇ in Beijing＂. Some countermeasures are proposed for perfecting the document.
