广西猪人肉孢子虫的发现与研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究广西是否存在猪人肉孢子虫的感染情况,并建立感染模型,研究广西猪人肉孢子虫的易感性及临床药物治疗效果。方法选择有吃生猪肉习惯的地区为调查点,对1岁以上常住户口居民取新鲜粪便用硫酸锌漂浮法离心镜检肉孢子虫孢子囊。用薛氏糖漂浮法从肉孢子虫自然感染患者粪便中收集孢子囊,用吞食法感染实验猪,感染后第56d将其杀死取新鲜肌肉100g和50g,用同法分别感染实验猴和志愿者。实验猪和调查乡(镇)市售猪肉抽样取肌肉标本每部位各2g,用压片法镜检肉孢子虫包囊。结果调查7个县11个乡(镇)30个村庄3428人,其中6个县6个乡(镇)12个村庄人群肉孢子虫平均自然感染率2.07%。10个乡(镇)市售猪肉肉孢子虫平均感染率33.64%。实验猪感染后第56d查见肉孢子虫包囊,志愿者感染后第12d粪检查见孢子化的孢子囊或卵囊。结论广西流行猪人肉孢子虫病。Objective To investigate infectious status of Sarcocystis suihominis, experimental infection of human subjects and pigs with Sarcocystis suihominis and observe the effect of therapeutic drugs. Methods The sites where the inhabitants have the habit of eating raw pork were chesen as surveying sites and fresh faeces samples were collected from inhabitants above the age of one years and sarcoeyts were detected using zine sulphate centrifugal flotation and centrifugal lens. Sporocyst. Pigs were also experimentally inteeted, killed and 100g and 50 g of fresh muscles were cut off 56 days after infection for examination of sarcocyts. With the same methods mnkeys and volunteers were also infected and examined. Two grams of pork were taken from each experimental pigs and the pigs in the markets for detection of sarcocyts by direct press flat method. Results Totally 3 428 persons in 30 villages of 10 townships in 7 counties were surveyed and the average natural infection rate of Sarcocystis suihominis was 2.07% in 12 villages of 6 townships in 6 counties; the infection rate in experimental pigs sold on market was 33.64%. Sporocyts were detected from experimental pigs 56 days after infection and either sporocyst or oocysts were detected from volunteers 12 days after infection. Conclusion Sarcocystis suihominis infefion is prevalent in Guangxi and control measures be taken.
