水苏糖、酸枣仁提取物口服液增强免疫力实验研究

摘　　要：目的评价以水苏糖、酸枣仁提取物为主要原料的口服液对机体免疫力的影响。方法按卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中增强免疫力功能检验方法,经口给予小鼠1.67ml/kg.bw、3.33ml/kg.bw、10.00ml/kg.bw剂量的口服液30d,测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞活性。结果3.33ml/kg.bw、10.00ml/kg.bw剂量能显著提高小鼠的迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞数及NK细胞活性,10.00ml/kg.bw剂量能显著提高ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力,各剂量对小鼠半数溶血值、小鼠碳廓清能力、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力无显著影响。结论该口服液具有增强免疫力功能。Objective To assess the effects of an oral extracts from stachyose and spine date seed on the immune function in mice. Methods In accordance with methods for the assessment of enhancing immune function in Technical Standards for Testing ＆ Assessment of Health Food,indicators for cellular immunity,humoral immunity,phagocytic function of mononuelear-macrophages and NK cell activity were tested after mice were orally administered with the Extracts of tachyose and spine date seed at doses of 1.67ml/kg.bw,3.33ml/kg.bw, 10.00ml/kg.bw for aeourse of 30 days. Results As compared with the control mice,the extracts at doses of 3.33ml/kg.bw,10.00ml/kg.bw could markedly enhanee the delayed type hypersensitivity,increase antibody forming spleen cells and promote NK cell activity. 10.00ml/kg.bw dose could significantly enhance the lymphocyte transformation capacity induced by ConA. It did not produce significant effects on 50% hemolytic concentration,carbon clearance capacity, phagocytosis of abdominal maerophages of the mice. Conclusion The oral extracts could enhance immune function of mice.
