摘  要:针对某电厂凝汽器管垢特点,研究了以生物黏泥及硅酸盐为主要成分的凝汽器管垢的清洗工艺。试验结果表明,先采用3%氨基磺酸清洗除掉碳酸盐等垢,然后采用高效清洗剂N-505清洗4~8h,除垢率可达95%以上,既经济又高效,且腐蚀速度小,是最佳的清洗工艺。In view of the scales deposited on condenser tubes of a power plant, a new cleaning condenser tubes technology is investigated based on biological soil and silicate. Firstly, use 3% amino sulfuric acid to clean the carbonate of condenser tubes . Secondly, clean the condenser tubes by the high - efficiency cleaning agent N - 505 . After 4 to 8 hours , 95% of the block has been removed. The experimental results show that the new technology which can decrease the corrosion rates is an economical and effective cleaning technology.
