摘 要:介绍了功率超声波在混凝土工程中的应用现状,对功率超声波处理水泥基浆体进行了研究.研究表明:功率超声波处理对胶砂强度的影响与浆体组成关系密切;同时存在矿渣与减水剂或矿渣与丁苯胶乳的浆体,经超声处理后试样胶砂强度明显提高(分别提高20.7%和25.0%).文章还分析了功率超声波在混凝土工程应用中面临的问题,展望了功率超声波在混凝土工程中的应用前景.In this paper the current application of high power ultrasound to concrete engineering was introduced. High power ultrasonic treatment to cement matrix slurry was studied. The study shows, strength of hydraulic cement mortar under the influence of high power ultrasonic treatment relates to the ingredients of slurry. High power ultrasonic treatment would markedly increase strength of hydraulic cement mortar, if the slurry includes both slag and admixture, or slag and styrene butadiene latex. The strength increases 20.7% and 25.0% respectively. The problems of high power ultrasound applications in concrete engineering were also analyzed in this paper. And high power ultrasound applications to concrete engineering were prospected.
