摘　　要：随着社区矫正试点工作的深入开展,社区服刑人员的心理矫治已成为提高社区矫正质量的一种重要手段。就目前上海市社区矫正试点工作来看,心理矫治作为其工作重点之一,已在上海市各区县全面推广开来,但目前仍然存在诸多问题。为了心理矫治工作更加全面、深入的开展,必须在矫治的观念、组织机构、规章制度、矫治人员的配置、矫治内容、物质保障等方面进一步完善和发展社区矫正工作。With the development of community correction in depth, the Psycho - rectification of Offenders in the community became an important instrument to improve the quality of Community Correction. At present, Psycho - rectification of Offenders of Community Correction in Shanghai have been fully opened. However, there are still many problems in community correc- tion. So, We have to develop and improve the concept of correction, organizational structure, rules and regulations, reha-bilitation, physical security.
