摘  要:根据中小学教学楼比较有代表性的震害调查结果,分析汶川地震中砌体、框架、砌体-钢筋混凝土混合结构3种结构体系的震害特点和震害原因,探讨砌体、框架、砌体-钢筋混凝土混合结构3种结构体系的抗震性能,总结了一些经验和教训,在此基础上,提出了几点设计建议,供实际工程应用和完善相应规范参考.Some investigation of typical damages in primary and secondary school buildings were intro- duced, and the characteristics and causes of earthquake damage and the anti-seismic behaviors of three different structure types( masonry structure, frame structure and composite structure)were analyzed. The experience and lessons were summed up. On this basis, some design proposals were provided for practical engineering and reference to improve correlative spacifications and regulations.
