摘　　要：作为解读20世纪初中国社会转型的绝佳窗口,学界对省界观念在多个领域中的普遍存在缺乏清晰的认识和更进一步的探究。其实,在清末民初,以地缘情结为基础的省界观念在社会各阶层当中广泛地存在着,并产生着极其恶劣的影响。直到21世纪的今天,省界观念依然如幽灵一般无处不在,因此,涤荡省界意识有巨大的现实意义和价值。As a greatest window to look into Chinese social transformation in the early 20th century, the concept of provincial boundary has not been studied thoroughly by the academic circles. In fact, in late Qing dynasty the con- cept of provincial boundary based on geographical complex existed extensively and had a bad impact. Now, the concept of provincial boundary is still haunting. Therefore, it has realistic significance and value to wash away the concept of provincial boundary.
