摘　　要：目的探讨阴道分泌物湿片显微镜检查对妇女生殖道感染的临床意义。方法通过对一段时间内的阴道分泌物湿片显微镜检验结果进行分析,对妇科霉菌、滴虫的检出情况进行统计。结果在2 342例妇科病患者中,滴虫检出率为3.4%,霉菌检出率为16.5%,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阴道分泌物湿片显微镜检查是诊断妇女生殖道感染的最简单、省时的方法。Objective Analysis on results of 2342 samples of vaginal secretion in Gynecological Department was carried out in order to study the prevalence of female genital infection in patients attending the clinic and to explore the clinical significance of vaginal secretion examination in diagnosis of female vaginal infection. Methods Vaginal secretion wet - mount microscopy was applied for this study. Results Trichomonas vaginalis was found in 3.4% of 2 342 patients, and fungi were seen in 16.5 % of them, their difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Examination of vaginal secretion samples by wet - mount microscopy is the most simple and time - saving method for diagnosis of vaginal infection in women.
