针刺配合穴位注射与肌肉注射治疗周围性面瘫随机对照试验疗效评价

摘　　要：[目的]探寻针灸治疗周围性面瘫有效简便方法,评价针刺合穴位注射(简称穴注)对照针刺合肌肉注射(简称肌注)治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。[方法]收集针刺配合穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫临床随机对照试验,Cochrane系统评价手册进行质量评价,统计学分析采用RevMan4.2.8。[结果]3篇文献符合纳入标准,共202例患者。Meta-分析显示2种疗法治愈率其合并效应量RR=1.13,95%C(I1.00,1.29),P=0.06,无统计学意义。[结论]针刺配合穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫疗效可能与针刺配合肌肉注射为等效研究,建议替代治疗以增强临床可操作性和患者依从性;但因纳入文献数量有限且质量较低,结论尚不确定,需高质量证据来进一步验证。[Objective] To explore the effective and convenient method in acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for treating peripheral facial paralysis, to evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint and intramuscular injection. [Methods] The therapeutic data in acupuncture therapy combined with acupoint injection in randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were collected according to the evaluation method of Coehrane library. RevMan4.2.8 software was employed for statistics analysis. [Results] Three related literatures met with the standards. There were altogether 202 cases. Meta-analysis showed that the total effect of both therapeutic methods was： RR= 1.13, 95% CI was 1.00, 1.29,P=0.06 and no difference in statistics was noted. [Conclusion] Acupunture with acupoint and intramuscular injection probably have the equivalent effect in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis suggesting that the clinical operations and patients＇ compliance can be enhanced. But the quality and quantity of literatures were inferior, so these conclusions need to be interpreted carefully.
