摘　　要：阐述了专利战略与技术创新及安徽经济发展之间的关系,针对安徽实现跨越式发展和创新型安徽建设亟待解决的问题之一,提出通过制定专利战略来指导并促进安徽技术创新的对策,并初步探讨了安徽制定专利战略的基本思路、基本方法以及需要注意的问题。This article elaborated the relations among the patent strategy,the technological innovation and the Anhui economic development,then in view of the problem of realizes great-leap-forward development and the innovation type of Anhui,pointed out that by making patent strategy can instruct and promotive the technological innovation of Anhui, then further discussed the basic mentality, the essential method and the question that need to pay attention of making the patent strategy of Anhui.
