摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对江苏省实施"体教结合"高校的高水平运动员就业现状进行了研究,指出了江苏省高校高水平运动员就业中存在的问题,并提出优化高水平运动员就业工作的建议。After researching into the status quo of the current employment situation of putting the combination of sports and education into practice in universities and colleges of Jiangsu province through the methods of interviewing, consulting professionals and questionnaire, this paper analyzed the problems of it, and put forward some reasonable suggestions.
