摘　　要：研究了杀虫蛋白的碱溶性质,建立了一种从Bt固体发酵产物中提取杀虫蛋白的方法。在碱浓度为0.4 mol·L-1、温度为25℃、浸润时间为90 min、固液比为1∶4(体积比)的条件下,获得了效价高达22 819 IU·mg-1的环保型杀虫剂。该方法提取效率高、生产成本低,具有很好的应用前景。A method to extract insecticidal protein from Bacillus thuringiensis （Bt） solid fermented product was studied in the paper. The character of the parasporal crystal protein in alkaline condition was researched also. An environmental friendly insecticide whose validity was 22 819 IU · mg^-1 was obtained under following conditions：alkali concentration 0.4 mol · L^-1 , temperature 25℃, soaking time 90 min and the volume ratio of solid to liquid 1 ： 4. This method had high extraction efficiency, low production costs and good potential application.
