后路椎间盘镜下髓核摘除围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨后路椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的围手术期护理要点。方法对102例腰椎间盘突出症患者术前进行心理护理,做好各项准备工作;术中严格无菌操作规程,密切配合手术;术后严密观察病情变化,做好功能锻炼和出院指导。结果术后随访时间平均1年,按Nakai标准评定,优97例,良3例,可2例,差0例,优良率98%,疗效满意。结论正确有效的围手术期护理是提高手术成功率及促进患者早日康复的重要措施。Objective To investigate the key point of the perioperative nursing care for the patients of lumbar disc herniation treated with microendoscopic discectomy （IVIED）. Methods 102 patients of lumbar disc herniation were given mental nursing and every preparation work before op- eration, then undergone sterile operation. We closely cooperated with doctors, and monitored the change of the patients＇ condition after operation, then made the patients properly exercised and ready to discharge. Results After an average follow-up of one year, according to the Macnnab scale. 97 cases were evaluated as excellent, 3 cases as good, 2 cases as approved and none as bad, the therapeutic effect was satisfactory. Conclusions Proper and effective perioperative nursing care was essential to the early recovery of Patients of lumbar disc herniation treated with microendoscopic discectomy.
