摘　　要：重型汽车装配，驾驶室总成与底盘的搭接是通过自行转运小车将驾驶室总成转运至总装配线完成对接的。通过自行转运小车吊臂上的定位块来满足多品种不同规格的驾驶室总成的吊放，定位块的结构的设计决定驾驶室总成的转运质量及安全性。The assembly of heavy-duty tracks and the connection of cabs and chassis are completed by transporting the assembly of the cabs to the assembly lines using the automatically transporting cars. The assemblies of the cabs of various standards are positioned by use of the position-fixing blocks on the booms of the automatically transporting cars. The security and transporting quality of the cabs assembly depends on the design of the structure of the position-fixing blocks.
