摘　　要：本文提出了重型汽车车架纵梁多品种、小批量孔加工问题，介绍了S14汽车纵梁数控钻铣床的主要结构，分析了其在多品种、小批量车架纵梁加工中所体现的工艺先进、加工成本低、方便快捷等特点，并对其对解决这一问题所起的作用作出评价。The paper brings the problem about multi-variety and a small batch of drilling in the side member of frame of heavy-duty truck. Further more, the main configuration of numerical control drilling and milling machine of S14 Camion＇s side member is introduced. Then the characteristics about the advanced process, convenience , shortcut and low cost of machining are analyzed in multi-variety and a small batch in the side member. Finally the method of solving the problem is evaluated.
