摘 要:以环己烷(C6H12)为放电介质,石墨做电极,可制备洋葱状富勒烯(Onion-like Fullerenes,OLFs)和多壁碳纳米管.利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy,FESEM)和高分辨透射电镜(High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy,HRTEM)对阴极表面的产物进行了形貌结构表征,采用紫外线可视光谱仪分析了残余的环己烷溶液,结果表明:洋葱状富勒烯和多壁碳纳米管在阴极表面的沉积物中均被发现且占多数,残余的环己烷溶液中的固体沉积物中也有洋葱状富勒烯生成.Onion-like Fullerenes (OLFs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes can be synthesized by arc discharge in cyclohexane while graphite is used as electrodes. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) techniques were used to characterize the morphologies and structures of the deposit formed on the surface of cathode. UV-VIS absorption spectrometer was used to analyze the residual cyclohexane solution. As a result, OLFs and multi-walled carbon nanotubes with large amount were observed in the deposit formed on the surface of cathode. OLFs were also found in the residual cyclohexane.
