摘　　要：在构建和谐社会的进程中,校园和谐是一项重要内容,而日益严重的大学生就业压力问题,已经成为阻碍和谐校园建设进程的重要因素,文章以分析大学生就业压力源为基础,从社会、学校以及大学生自身因素几个方面积极地探索了解决这一问题的途径以促进和谐校园的建设。In the process of building a harmonious society,the harmony of campus is an important content. The employment pressure has gradually become the key factor of hindering the building of a harmonious campus. On the basis of analyzing the college student employment pressure source ,this article probes the ap- proaches of resolving this problem from several aspects, such as society, school and college students themselves, to promote harmonious campus construction.
