摘　　要：Brewer的最佳特性理论假定集体性社会认同根源于两个决然相反的社会动机(即个体的包容需要和异化需要)之间的相互作用。运用最佳特性理论模型作为一个起基点,考察了个体价值观定位对包容需要和异化需要的激发与影响,以及包容需要和异化需要又是如何决定集体性社会认同的力度、硬度与复杂性。The optimal distinctiveness theory of Brewer is supposed that collective social identity is derived from the interaction of two social motivation ,that is, the need for inclusion and differentiation, which are in an opposite direction. Based on the optimal distinctiveness theory, it explores the incentive and influence of need for inclusion and need for differentiation by individual values orientation, as well as the latter are determined to the strength, rigidity and complexity of collective social identity.
