形状记忆环抱接骨板治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床护理

摘　　要：目的形状记忆环抱接骨板治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床护理效果。方法利用形状记忆环抱接骨板内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折11例，观查术后近期恢复效果。结果11例术后胸廓形状恢复正常，反常呼吸消失，呼吸困难显著改善；肋骨骨折均达到解剖复位，术后1月复查胸片，无1例肋骨骨折错位，亦未发现1例环抱接骨板松动移位。结论形状记忆环抱接骨板治疗多发性肋骨骨折简单易行，临床效果好，是处理胸壁软化的一种行之有效的好方法。围手术期周到细致的护理是手术成功的重要保证。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of internal fixation treatment multiple fractured ribs with effect of shape memory encircling bone plate. Methods 11 eases with multiple fractured ribs were fixed with effect of shape memory encircling bone plate, and their operative effect was observed carefuliy. Results The shape of bony thorax recovered, paradoxical respiration vanished, and anhelation improved significantly in all cases after operation. No one case with dislocation of fracture of rib, and with displace of bone plate was discovered after operation. Conclusion It is a simple and effective method to deal with softening of chest wall that internal fixation multiple fractured ribs with effect of shape memory encircling bone plate.
