摘　　要：在城市化进程不断加快的今天,中国"城中村"问题已经成为阻碍城市发展的一大障碍。概括了"城中村"的现状,对城中村的形成原因进行分析,并对城中村的改造提出几点对策建议。The problem of China＇s ＂village＂ has become a major obstacle that hinders the urban development in the process of accelerating the urbanization. Some suggestions were made on the transformation of the village which outlines the status quo of the village and analyzes the reasons for its formation.
