摘　　要：通过对"硕博连读"培养方式的内涵和产生背景的论述,结合中国各大高校"硕博连读"的实施情况并进行了客观分析,指出中国"硕博连读"制度在施行过程中存在优于其他博士生培养方式的特点和存在的一些不足,通过对"硕博连读"方式的总体把握,提出了"硕博连读"研究生培养的建设机制与保障措施,使"硕博连读"制度更好地为中国教育体制服务。Through an introduction of background and connotations of master- doctor continuous study,combined with the implementing condition of master-doctor continuous study in major colleges and universities in China to analyze objectively and point out the advantages and disadvantages in the process of implementation of this system,in this way,the article presents the construction mechanism and safeguard measures of master- doctor continuous study in graduate cultivating to make the system to service Chinese education system better.
